convenient location but needs maintenance
Free parking was a big plus, allowing easy access to the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our kids feel welcome during our stay.
The pool was broken for over a week, which was disappointing.

Convenient location and helpful staff
I had a great time staying here during a layover. the location was super convenient for catching my next flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, making my late-night check-in smooth. They went above and beyond to assist with toiletries I needed as I was unexpectedly stranded. However, the shuttle service could improve in terms of frequency, as I had to wait a little longer than expected.

Family with children hotel adventure
I stayed in a suite and I must say, even though it was spacious, the whole towel situation was a mess. We requested more towels twice and they never showed up. On the bright side, there was a server in the restaurant, she was this Hispanic lady, super friendly and made things a bit better, like a ray of light in this situation. She definitely saved my sanity during a long day of family chaos. The food was quite good, I had an omelet and it was legit.
Look, it wasn't exactly a steal, but it was passable given everything else.

Had a great trip with friends! We visited the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola, which were a blast. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Make sure to check out the breakfast buffet. it looked amazing. The shuttle to the airport was a huge plus, but it can be slow at times, so plan accordingly.

It was just a decent option for a short visit in Atlanta with real value for money. The breakfast was fairly basic, but the attentive waitress made it a bit better. Bring your own snacks since the vending machine selection is limited.

missingWrote a review on Mar 03secure atmospherehigh cleanlinessfrustrating shuttlecurt staffcleanliness concerns
Proximity to the airport and a secure atmosphere stood out during the visit. The hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, which was appreciated, especially after previous stays at less tidy places. However, shuttle service issues created significant frustration, with a long wait and missed connections. Interaction with staff felt curt, lacking warmth, and amenities like complimentary water were disappointing compared to other locations. The room, while decently furnished, had cleanliness concerns in the hallway and debris on the carpet that detracted from the overall experience.
